For issues with the scanner unit, we'll arrange parts replacement or on-site or return repair.

accurate for years
Installation environment
- Avoid direct sunlight and strong backlight, and keep lighting brightness consistent.
- Install the device and turntable on a stable, level floor with no wobble.
Before measuring
Most important- Check the network connection.
- Make sure the turntable rotates properly.
- Make sure no one is walking through the measurement area and nothing is in the way.
During measurement
Directly affects accuracy- If the turntable doesn't rotate, the whole body won't be scanned.
- Do not move during measurement. An unsteady pose prevents an accurate measurement.
- Do not step off the turntable before the measurement finishes.
Regular maintenance
- Gently wipe the upper and lower camera lenses with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Do not spray alcohol or detergent directly on the camera lenses.
- Periodically check that cables are connected and secured.
